Aronia fruit was a real miraculous discovery for us, as it contains the most antioxidants among all kinds of berries and other fruits.There are many vitamins and minerals in the fruit of aronia and is a natural source of iron and folic acid. We produce aronia in our own plantations in the beautiful, solar Vipava Valley, without the use of phytopathological or plant protection products.All work in the plantation is done manually in the same way as they have done the centuries before us.Currently, the 3-year process of obtaining a certificate of organic production at the Bureau Veritas Agency is underway.The fruits are manually harvested at the highest maturity level and later dehydrated and processed to dust to preserve the most natural ingredients as possible.
