Description
The grapes for our rebula were grown in a nature-friendly way, hand picking. Cold maceration, fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling. Rebula has always been a valued wine. In recent years, it has gained even more influence. The wine is fresh, harmonious, elegant.

Rebula was classified by Matija Vertovec as one of the nobler white varieties. It originates from Greece, but it came to our region from Italy. It has been found on Slovenian soil since the 13th century. Because it tolerates drought well and is not sensitive to very strong wind burja, it thrives perfectly in the Vipava valley.
