Description
It has a distinct fruity character, a little tannins and slightly higher acids and alcohol. It requires excellent, sunny position and low load on the cane, only in this way we can produce the right Barbero with the smell of cherry, currants and forest fruits.

The taste is fresh, lively and rich, in the background we perceive prunes and jams. Due to its low tannin content and pronounced fruit, it is also excellent if it matures only for a short time in stainless steel containers, and due to higher alcohol and extract, it also develops well with aging in oak barrels.
