Merlot comes from the 20 -year -old vineyard on the slope, where they produce one of the most special wines on the estate, because it is an oak fermented by wine and in it 13 months old, entirely Slovenian oak oak oak trees. on the property. The wood is cut, dried and turned into barrels so that the red estates can soften in them, but the merlot is special because it is the only wine that is only aged in its own wood of the estate. The fruit was brought in these barrels for domestic fermentation and was not filtered before bottling, which is also the only case when the wine is noticed by any sulfur additives. The fresh quality of fruit with a lot of acidity and beautiful willing tannins ensures that an exceptional merlot drinks around the dining table with different dishes. Red cherries, plums and spices come through the nose and sky, which brings the overall balance of this age, worth red, which is truly spectacular.
