Description
Medium deep golden yellow. The flower is ripe, emphasized. After butter, yeast, after roasted, caramel. Dry, bold. Higher acids, with an abundance of oil texture and a stronger body. We find ripe, juicy yellow fruits, melon in the mouth. Everything is coordinated and mature. A beautiful, matured Vipava genre on the foundation of Chardonnay and two local varieties.
