The Sivi Pinot by Movia is a white wine with personality and strength that is produced with the grapes of the same name. The grapes come from vineyards of about 40 years grown organically that grow on Flysch land. The start of fermentation is spontaneous with the help of a "pied de cuve" of the same grape harvested in the pre-harvest period.
