Movia Veliko Chardonnay Java 2020 1,5l

Movia Java Grand Chardonnay shines in shades of golden yellow in the glass and shows its density with an almost oily texture. Intense aromas are reminiscent of apple core, bergamot, pineapple, and we can also detect grape berries. The aromas of honey are mixed with caramel, butter, cinnamon sticks, roasted almonds and vanilla. In the finish, nutmeg intertwines with flower powder and pine nuts. A wine with an accentuated softness, which is balanced by freshness and minerality and leaves a slight tannic perception. The wine is intense and develops into a long-lasting taste, characterized by fruity and buttery notes that bring to mind apple rolls and marzipan. The wine is noble and full. Food: Sea frog wrapped in prosciutto, soft fried crab, lobster in butter with puree. Along with crispy chicken thighs, as well as pheasant.
