Description

Indigenous white wine that thrives only in the Upper Vipava Valley. Light wines with a lower alcohol level. It has a unique but intense aroma that is difficult to describe. After harvesting, remove the grapes from the stalk and then squeeze it. Clean the juice with nitrogen and then pour into stainless steel containers for further fermentation and aging. After nine months, the wine is ready for bottling.
