Description
It was handpicked, and the grapes were grown in an environmentally friendly manner. After harvesting, it was macerated on the grape skins for a few hours. The color of the wine is delicate straw-green shade. The aroma is gentls intense, with recognizable fruity notes and delicate hints of Mediterranean herbs. The wine is full-bodied, yet fresh and nicely rounded. It can be enjoyed with a light summer dinner, delicate-flavored dishes or white meat.

Zelen is white variety that is primarily grown in the upper Vipava valley (indigenous variety). It is wine for special occasions. The aroma of the wine can be very complex, making it almost impossible to compare with other wines, yet each Zelen has its own unique character and characteristics, it has its own »face«.
