Similar to the big white, we also tried to form a new type of wine here. It is very important that all three grape varieties that make up a lot of red are removed as soon as possible. We then macerate all the varieties together, giving us a new style, new flavors and new aromas. We have succeeded in this, as the aromas and flavors of the great red work work uniformly and compactly.

Many red are made up: O merlot that gives the spine and character of the wine. For large red wines, we expect strength, resistance and ability to tolerate aging - all of which gives a merlot;O Cabernet Sauvignon takes care of aromatism. Cabernete sauvignone is characterized by distinctly fruit aromatism (taste and smell of black currant), which is also noticeable in the big red, although it does not stand out;O blue pinot brings elegance and conjures up special flavors that we are used to with petroleum products or tar, but in large red they work completely harmoniously.
