Description
Description of wine bright, sunny yellow and vibrant colors. It features a complex nose. The smell of grapefruit, peaches, citrus fruits, dried flowers, wet limestone. Full body and pronounced minerality complement the balance of freshness and softness.

Wine production process: Manual harvesting of biodynamically cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, squeezing and decbating must. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts on grapes. Spontaneous apple-lactic fermentation. Summer ripening of wine on lees in stainless steel and concrete vessels. Bottling without filtration by biodynamic calendar with minimal sulfur addition.
