Description
Cabernet Sauvignon selection It is ruby red in color, with an intense, rich aroma reminiscent of plums, cherries, black currants.

The taste is quite intense, pleasant tannins, nicely harmonious, which lets us know that the grapes were picked at full maturity. Long aftertaste. Produced according to the biodynamic production process, after 25 days of maceration with our own yeasts, together with fine lees, it is poured into Slovenian oak barrels, where it matures for about 24 months. It is ruby red in color, with an intense, rich aroma reminiscent of plums, cherries, black currants. The taste is quite intense, pleasant tannins, nicely harmonious, which lets us know that the grapes were picked at full maturity. Long aftertaste. We recommend it with all red meat, especially grilled but not spicy. Serving temperature 18-20 °C. Matching with red meat
