Štekar malvazija 2020

Malvasia is a unique beautiful wine from this estate, full of character and style from the diverse grapes of Malvasia. After birth from a young vineyard, a pro -bush and 14 days with skin contact ferments and ripen in the used 400 acacia barrels for 9 months to get additional structure and help disclose the flowering ingredients of grapes. The finished wine has a strong nose, has beautiful fruit tones, robust herbal quality and even a touch of acacia flowers. It is fresh and lively, despite being still full of body, harmonious in alcohol and acidity, and generally very balanced and wonderful for drinking independently or at the table of salami and cheese.
