Description
Ivan Blanc is most recognized for his honey taste, consisting of Malvasia, Rebula and Laško Rieslig. I think all three varieties work very well in both aroma and taste. Maturation in wooden barrels and then adds a special note to the bottles. I love the structure and freshness of the wine and I think we really have succeeded here. Gentle lemon yellow. The flower is youthful, reminiscent of lemons, lees, grapefruit. Youthful and quite diverse. Dry in the mouth, with beautiful ripe and clear acids, the middle body. The texture is slightly oily, and the wine works youthfully, lively. The taste in the mouth is varied, beautifully accentuated, with a beautiful spicy-fruit charge. A nice example of a modern "Vipavac".
